- Call or email with a loan scenario including property type, location, and use of funds.
- If it fits our guidelines we will ask that you provide us the available information. Some of these items include:
- Loan Application (standard 1003)
- Title Report (if available)
- Sales Contract (if available)
- Credit Report (if available)
- Construction/Fix-Up Budget (If Applicable)
- Any existing appraisals
- We will set up a meeting at the property for a walk-through with our underwriter/inspector, usually within 48 hours.
- A decision or offer will be made usually within 24 hours subject to clean title, valid contract, etc.
- If offer accepted by borrower, closing will be scheduled ASAP.
- Loan Closes.
