Our Simple Process Step-By-Step
 
  1. Call or email with a loan scenario including property type, location, and use of funds.
  2. If it fits our guidelines we will ask that you provide us the available information. Some of these items include:
    • Loan Application (standard 1003)
    • Title Report (if available)
    • Sales Contract (if available)
    • Credit Report (if available)
    • Construction/Fix-Up Budget (If Applicable)
    • Any existing appraisals
  3. We will set up a meeting at the property for a walk-through with our underwriter/inspector, usually within 48 hours.
  4. A decision or offer will be made usually within 24 hours subject to clean title, valid contract, etc.
  5. If offer accepted by borrower, closing will be scheduled ASAP.
  6. Loan Closes.
