Terms & Conditions
Last updated: September 17, 2026
These terms govern use of cantorweb.com, operated by CantorWeb, Inc. ("CantorWeb," "we," "us," or "our"). Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
Website information and service agreements
Our website describes our Digital Presence and website services. A contact-form submission is an inquiry, not a purchase, service agreement, or promise that work has begun.
Paid work is governed by the service contract entered into by you and CantorWeb. Preliminary discussions, package descriptions, and proposals do not by themselves establish a service contract unless expressly agreed in writing. The service contract identifies the deliverables, scope, fees, schedule, responsibilities, and any ongoing services. If these website terms conflict with that contract, the contract controls for the services it covers.
Package information and pricing
CORE and CORE+ are presented at fixed annual package prices. PRO and PRO+ are presented at starting annual prices; the agreed functionality and scope determine the final price. Current package descriptions and pricing appear at https://cantorweb.com/pricing/.
The accepted service agreement will specify applicable charges and payment arrangements, including any taxes, third-party costs, renewal terms, cancellation procedures, and refund provisions. This page does not create an automatic-renewal arrangement or a separate refund policy. Changes to public pricing do not by themselves amend an existing agreement.
Project information and cooperation
You are responsible for providing accurate business information and ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed for materials you supply. Timely feedback, approvals, and access may be necessary to complete work. Scope changes and their effect on cost or schedule should be agreed before the additional work proceeds.
Ownership and licenses
You retain rights you hold in content you supply. You authorize CantorWeb to use that content as necessary to provide the agreed services.
Ownership or licensing of completed work, source files, designs, domains, and other deliverables is governed by the accepted service agreement. Third-party software, fonts, images, and other licensed materials remain subject to their applicable licenses. Nothing in these website terms transfers ownership of your business materials to CantorWeb.
CantorWeb's own website content, branding, and other proprietary materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may view and use this website to learn about or obtain our services. Other use requires permission unless otherwise permitted by law.
Hosting, maintenance, security, and backups
The scope of hosting, maintenance, security, backups, restoration assistance, and support is defined in the applicable service agreement. That agreement should specify relevant backup retention, restoration limitations, and any service commitments.
No website or system can be guaranteed free from interruption, security incidents, or data loss. This statement does not remove an express commitment in your service agreement or any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Domains, email, and outside services
Domain registration, email, payment processing, and other integrated services may depend on third-party providers and their terms. Your service agreement should address account ownership, renewal responsibility, access, transfer arrangements, and any separately payable fees. Public package descriptions do not override third-party license or registration conditions.
Acceptable use
Do not use this website or its contact form to send spam, impersonate others, distribute malicious content, violate another person's rights, or conduct unlawful activity. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site operation, or bypass security controls.
We may block abusive submissions or access where reasonably necessary to protect the website and its users. Restrictions affecting paid services are subject to the applicable agreement and law.
Customer-support SMS
If you opt in, CantorWeb may send texts about your inquiry, project, service updates, or customer support. We do not use this SMS service for promotional marketing. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Providing a phone number alone does not enroll you.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to the number that contacted you to opt out, or HELP for assistance. You can also reach us at solutions@cantorweb.com or 603 685 5000. Delivery depends on carrier and network availability and is not guaranteed. Please do not use text messages for emergencies or send sensitive credentials by SMS.
Our Privacy Policy at https://cantorweb.com/privacy-policy/ explains how we handle contact information and SMS consent.
Examples and external websites
Demonstration websites illustrate design or functionality and are not necessarily actual client businesses. A displayed example does not mean that every feature is included in every package. Your agreed scope determines what is included in your project.
External websites and services have their own terms and privacy practices. A link alone does not represent an endorsement or a guarantee of their content or availability.
Accuracy and limitations
We aim to keep this website accurate and current, but errors or interruptions may occur. Contact us if you need clarification before relying on a description or making a purchasing decision. We do not promise particular search rankings, traffic, revenue, or business outcomes unless an express written agreement states otherwise.
Any limitations of liability or other allocation of risk for paid services should be addressed in your service agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.
Applicable law
These website terms are governed by the laws of New Hampshire, United States, without overriding mandatory protections that apply to you under other applicable laws. The applicable service agreement may contain additional dispute-resolution terms for paid services.
Changes
We may revise these website terms and update the date above. Changes do not automatically modify an existing service agreement. Where notice or consent is required by applicable law, we will follow those requirements.
