Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 17, 2026
CantorWeb, Inc. ("CantorWeb," "we," "us," or "our") provides website and Digital Presence services. This policy explains how we handle personal information through cantorweb.com and our related customer communications.
Information we collect
When you contact us, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, optional phone number, message, and details about your business or project. When you give permission to receive text messages, we maintain information about that permission and any opt-out requests.
Our website and service providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device information, request times, pages requested, and security or error events to deliver, maintain, and protect the website.
Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, government identification numbers, medical records, or other sensitive information through our general contact form.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries; discuss, deliver, and support services; communicate about projects and accounts; troubleshoot delivery or technical problems; prevent spam, abuse, and fraud; maintain business records; and meet applicable legal obligations.
Submitting an inquiry does not enroll you in promotional text messaging. We do not use our business SMS service for promotional campaigns.
Contact forms and email records
Contact-form submissions are delivered to our business email account. Our WordPress email-delivery system, FluentSMTP, also maintains delivery logs that can contain sender and recipient details, message content, timestamps, and delivery status. These records help us troubleshoot messages and respond to inquiries. Copies may also remain in our mailboxes and backups.
Hosting and service providers
We use Hostinger for website hosting and business email, Cloudflare Turnstile for anti-spam verification, and Ooma for business telephone and text communications. These providers process information as needed to supply their services. Their own privacy notices may also apply to processing they undertake independently.
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests, investigate abuse, protect rights and safety, or address a business restructuring or transfer subject to applicable protections.
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in information and consent are not shared with third parties for their own purposes; they may be processed by providers solely as necessary to deliver and support our text-message service.
Cloudflare Turnstile
Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse. Cloudflare processes technical signals, including IP address and browser-related information. Our server validates the verification token before sending the inquiry. We do not send the message body to Cloudflare as part of that token-validation request.
Cloudflare describes its processing, including improving its detection service, in its Turnstile Privacy Addendum: https://www.cloudflare.com/turnstile-privacy-policy/ and Privacy Policy: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/.
Customer-support text messages
If you opt in, CantorWeb may text you about your inquiry, project coordination, service updates, or customer support. We do not send promotional texts. Message frequency varies with your interactions. Message and data rates may apply.
SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services. You may contact us by email or telephone without agreeing to texts. Providing a telephone number alone does not enroll you in SMS.
Reply STOP to the business number that contacted you to stop text messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact solutions@cantorweb.com or 603 685 5000. We honor requests to stop text messages and retain opt-out information to help prevent further messages.
Cookies and similar technologies
Our website uses technologies for delivery, security, and site administration. Please read our Cookie Policy at https://cantorweb.com/cookie-policy/ for more information about browser storage and your choices.
Retention
We retain information according to its purpose, the status of an inquiry or customer relationship, security needs, and applicable legal or recordkeeping obligations. Different retention periods may apply to correspondence, contracts, delivery logs, security records, and backups. Information in backups may remain until those backups are replaced under the applicable retention schedule.
You may ask about retention or request deletion using the contact details below. We may need to keep certain information to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain suppression preferences, or establish and protect legal rights.
Security and processing locations
We use reasonable measures designed to protect personal information. No website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
CantorWeb is based in the United States. Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Applicable safeguards and rights depend on the processing and the law that applies; submitting information does not waive those rights.
Your choices and privacy requests
Depending on where you live and the laws that apply, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Where processing depends on consent, you may withdraw that consent, subject to applicable law.
Send requests to solutions@cantorweb.com. We may need to verify your identity and authority before responding. We will respond as required by applicable law and explain any applicable exception. You may also have the right to contact your local privacy regulator.
Children
Our website and business services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, please contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
Client websites and external links
Client websites, linked examples, and third-party services may have their own privacy notices. This policy does not automatically govern a client's collection of information from its own visitors. Where we handle information on a client's behalf, the applicable service agreement and processing arrangements govern that relationship.
Updates
We may update this policy as our practices change. We will revise the date above and provide additional notice or obtain consent when required by applicable law. Changes do not remove rights you already have under applicable law.
